The President of the World Squash Federation (WSF), N. Ramachandran, will continue in the post for an another two-year term. This was the outcome of the elections at the WSF Annual General Meeting held in New Delhi, IND, on Friday 22 October. Even though Natalie Grainger, the WISPA (the body looking after the women's squash professional tour) President, had initially decided on contesting the WSF top post, she withdrew later to pave way for a unanimous election for Ramachandran.
In all, representatives from 45 countries attended the meeting, which included two days of conferences and discussions to find ways to develop the sport, improve its profile in the media and also to make it an acceptable discipline in the Olympic Games
